1. Using the site

BDay Rank is provided for personal, informational and entertainment use. By using it you agree to these terms. Please do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to build a competing product without attribution.

2. Accuracy of the data

The rankings are statistical averages drawn from public records covering 1994–2014. They describe populations, not individuals, and they are not medical, actuarial, legal or astrological advice. We make no warranty that the figures are current or error-free — see the methodology for known limitations.

3. Images you download

Share images generated by the site are free to post anywhere, including commercially, provided the bdayrank.com credit stays visible. The underlying birth data is public domain; the layout, typography and colour treatment are ours.

4. Prints and digital purchases

• Digital downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use, including gifts. Reselling the file or the artwork is not permitted.
• Physical prints are made to order. Estimated production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Damaged or defective prints are reprinted or refunded within 30 days of delivery. Because each print is personalized, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once production has started.
• This deployment is a demonstration build: orders are recorded but no payment is taken and no physical goods are shipped.

5. Intellectual property

The BDay Rank name, site design, charts and generated artwork are owned by the project. Notable-birthday text is derived from public sources and remains available under their original licences.

6. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where we are liable for a purchase, our liability is capped at the amount you paid.
